Questions buyers ask
What does 0.4 mg per container mean?
From Nov 12, 2026, total THC across the whole package, not per serving, must be at or under 0.4 mg. Many current gummies and drinks are far above that.
Can I keep selling delta-8?
Not after Nov 12, 2026. The bulletin lists delta-8, THC-P, THC-O and HHC among the synthetic or THC-like cannabinoids that are not allowed.
What do you need?
A SKU list (POS export or spreadsheet), a photo of each label, and the COA for each product, or the QR link to it.
Is this legal advice?
No. We apply the published bulletin to your products and show our work. For a disputed product, talk to a hemp attorney.
Do you visit the store?
No. Photos and files are enough, and that keeps the price flat.
What about my distributor?
We give you the questions to ask: COA by QR code, child-resistant packaging, total THC per container.
